Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how Gallery – Android TV (“the App”) handles information.

Data we access

• Photos and videos on your device — used only to show your gallery, slideshow, and screensaver on your TV or phone.
• Google Photos (optional) — if you choose to connect Google Photos, we request limited access via Google OAuth so you can select media to view in the App. Tokens are used to complete pairing and load the media you select.
• Family Share (optional) — photos you send from a phone to the TV over your local Wi‑Fi stay on your devices.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your photos for advertising.
• We do not require a username/password account in the App.

Purchases

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Third parties

Google Sign-In / Google Photos and Google Play Billing operate under Google’s own policies when you use those features.

Your choices

• You control which photos are shown and which Google account you link.
• You can disconnect Google Photos in the App and revoke access in your Google Account permissions.
• Uninstalling the App removes local App data on that device.
